中性点不接地系统单相接地故障探讨

摘 要:本文针对方山35kV变电站发生的事故案例,简要分析了中性点不接地系统单相接地故障是由天气降雨及电缆头绝缘降低引起的;进一步分析了事故扩大化的原因与系统运行方式、电容电流超标及间歇性弧光接地过电压有直接关系,并提出了限制同类事故发生的措施,最后给出几点建议。

Abstract:

Abstract: Taken Fangshan 35kV transformer substation accident for example, the paper analyzes firstly single-phase ground fault of non-grounded neutral system because of rainfall and the decrease of cable head dielectric strength, and further analyzes that the accident spread is closely related to the power grid operation mode, excessive capacitive current and intermittent arc grounding over-voltage. Then some measures to limit similar accidents are proposed and some suggestions are given finally.
